About Me

I didn’t grow up athletic, and never imagined I’d fall in love with fitness. In 2019, everything shifted when I joined a gym for the first time. What started as confusion and trial-and-error slowly became confidence, structure, and a genuine passion for strength training.
When gyms closed in 2020, I rebuilt my routine from home and learned how to create my own workouts, split, and training style. Once gyms opened I was able to fully give it my all and that’s when I began seeing real progress.
In 2025, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Glute Specialist.
My goal is to empower women to build strength, confidence, and bodies they’re proud of — through simple, effective, science-based training.
